Megan (kennel name - Ty GWyn Velfrey) is a superb stamp of spaniel. She is coming up to 3 years of age now and has come on in leaps and bounds - typical springer! She is very stylish and has probably one of the most biddable/loving temperaments that I've seen in an ESS. She is as honest as the day is long and can be trusted in any situation.
She has an excellent pedigree, with 9 FTW's & 14 FTCH's in her 4 generation pedigree. Her dam is Steadroc Skomer - from the classic FTCH Clarburgh Art and Chilview Ann of Steadroc mating. Her sire is FTW Glancarw Rhys, who was sired by FTCH Trawscoed lad of Caldy View and his dam was FTW Rhyw Ddu Elen. She carries the classic lines of FTCH Windmill Wood Shot, FTCH Skipper of Arford, FTCH Cortman Lane, FTCH Hamers Hale, FTCH Badgercourt Druid, FTCh Fingleglen Tan - to name but a few!

At almost 3 years of age
Megan proved herself, time and time again, in the shooting field last year - and has featured strongly this year. She's become a major part of my team and is always a pleasure to have with you on a shoot day.
Although Megan hadn't been resident with me for quite a few months - she would come out on a shoot day and happily work her paws off for either Paul - her previous owner, or myself, in whatever role was asked of her on that day! I think this say's a lot for her temperament, ability to fulfil either role and mostly her bidability!
Her ability to mark is 2nd to none! - at 15 months you could throw a dummy into a heavy kale crop, over a bank and she would retrieve it perfectly! Her manners are impeccable and she is just a lovely character to have around.
